CHOOSE A NOVEL FOR INDEPENDENT READING

Text the title or photo of the novel you will read to me on Remind.

DAILY READING LOG

I suggest sharing a Word Document with me in Office 365 for your daily reading updates. You will need to provide a summary of what you read and how many pages you read. If you are unable to access Office 365 you can do this on notebook paper. Feeling fancy? Text me a photo of your daily log on Remind.

CHAPTER BY CHAPTER SUMMARY

You will need to do a chapter by chapter summary at the end of each chapter. Remember the goal is 12 words or less to practice using concise (to the point) writing.

BOOK SUMMARY QUESTIONS

Responses to the book report questions can be completed in a shared Word document or on paper.

ONE PAGER

Your one page book report should include all items from the checklist. Be creative and add zhoosh!
